No, the team at Canugo will review the documents you have provided and once confirmed you will be 'Approved' as a worker and will be able to see roles which match your profile. We try and do this within 24 hours but in busier periods it can take longer.

Usually it is 8 hours but on occasions 4 hours booking are advertised. If you are booked on an 8 hour shift and work a shorter day, you will still receive 8 hours pay. If you work longer than 8 hours you will be paid for the extra hours at a pro rata rate. You will always be paid for all the hours you work.

You are given the minimum amount of pay you will receive (generally 8 hours per shift), the job start location, name of the business, start date and time and the number of days the booking involves & a description of the role.
